Patricia Astorga becomes Mintz Group Chief Legal Officer

We are proud to announce that Patricia Astorga has been elevated to serve as Mintz Group’s Chief Legal Officer. Patricia joined Mintz Group one year ago from the U.S. Department of Justice, where she most recently served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. In her expanded role, Patricia will oversee the company’s legal, risk and compliance functions, and help guide the business on its continuing global expansion, business strategy, technological advancement and corporate governance.

A champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, Patricia is also at the forefront of Mintz Group’s DEI efforts, and ensures that the company’s policies and practices promote its DEI objectives. Outside Mintz Group, Patricia is a leader in the legal profession, and serves as a co-chair of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Woman Advocate Committee and the Judicial Internship Opportunity Program and as a member of the Committee on the American Judicial System. She is a member of the Federal Bar Council American Inn of Court, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, the New York City Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Women in White Collar Defense Association.
