Due-Diligence Should Be Global, Social

Mintz Group partners Peter Lagomarsino and Jim Rowe recently wrote an article in Search magazine about the importance of thorough pre-hire due-diligence.  They counsel clients to search every country in which a candidate has lived or worked, conducting research in multiple languages if necessary, and understanding a candidate’s social media usage to look for anything indiscreet that is online for the world to see.  Read the full article on the Search website.
