Clancy Nolan, Investigations and Disputes – New York
Clancy has been an investigator for nearly a decade, specializing in complex litigation and investigating workplace misconduct. She has worked for counsel on matters involving employee misconduct, allegations of money laundering, fraud, and insider trading. Prior to joining the Mintz Group, Clancy was a journalist for Reuters, Dow Jones, Condé Nast and other news outlets.
Morgan Taylor, Investigations, Pre-deal, and Pre-hire Due Diligence – San Francisco
Morgan specializes in managing cross-border investigations into potential partners, transaction targets and executive or board placements. She works with search firms, corporate clients, pension funds, private equity firms and corporate clients across a range of sectors, providing background checks to help clients assess risks associated with hires and transactions. She also oversees investigations for law firms and employers related to issues such as employment disputes, fraud investigations and allegations of workplace misconduct.
