Mintz Group was founded more than 30 years ago, at the beginning of the Digital Age. In the years since then, our approach to helping clients resolve uncertainty and manage risk has evolved with each advance in data access, management, analytics and connectivity. Mintz Group’s industry-leading Product Innovation department brings expert investigators, software developers, product managers, designers and data analysts together to create proprietary tools that meet these challenges and provide faster, more accurate and more insightful results to our clients. We augment our in-house innovation with carefully curated and vetted partnerships with firms at the cutting edge of research technology.
Client service and internal efficiency: As part of our efforts to ensure seamless client experience, we developed and refined an internal workflow and research platform—leveraging years of experience and client feedback—that helps us ensure that our work is accurate, comprehensive and efficient, while providing clients with flexible audit and reporting capabilities. Our state-of-the-art online portal allows clients and third parties—such as candidates or counterparties being vetted—to seamlessly and securely exchange information with the Mintz Group team.
