Patricia Astorga
Chief Legal Officer and Partner
Patricia Astorga is Chief Legal Officer and Partner. She oversees the Company’s global legal, compliance and risk management functions and is the chief advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors and senior management. Patricia’s investigative work focuses on white-collar trials and disputes.
As a former federal prosecutor, Patricia led several jury trials to conviction and conducted investigations and prosecutions involving white-collar crime, organized crime, human trafficking and child sex exploitation crimes. Prior to this, Patricia was a litigator at two large international law firms, where she represented corporate clients in all aspects of litigation and across jurisdictions and industries, including financial services, banking, transportation, insurance, private equity, manufacturing, real estate, and media & entertainment.
Patricia is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court. She was a law clerk to the Honorable George B. Daniels in the Southern District of New York.
Patricia has over a decade of leadership service within the American Bar Association, including as co-chair of the Woman Advocate Committee and having been elected to the Section of Litigation Council in 2024. Patricia is also a member of the Women in White Collar Defense Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Asian American Bar Association of New York and the New York City Bar.
Patricia earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from New York University.
