Mohammad Malkawi is a Managing Director and Head of MENA at Mintz Group, where he leads high-stakes investigations and risk advisory work across the region. With over 24 years of experience, he is a trusted advisor to companies, governments, and legal counsel navigating complex compliance, governance, and integrity challenges.

Mohammad brings deep expertise in the GCC and Levant markets, where he has led cross-border investigations involving fraud, bribery and corruption, and commercial disputes. He also advises clients on due diligence, crisis response, operational excellence, and organizational resilience.

Prior to joining Mintz Group, Mohammad held senior leadership roles at Big Four firms, where he led high-stakes, cross-border investigations and complex risk advisory assignments. His work spanned multiple industries and jurisdictions, supporting clients across the MENA region in navigating regulatory challenges, internal crises, and reputational risks.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.
