KJ Anand

KJ Anand serves as Mintz Group's Chief Technology and Information Officer and leads the company’s global technology strategy. In this capacity, he guides the modernization of systems, strengthens security, and integrates emerging technologies into Mintz products to help our teams deliver accurate and timely results for clients.

KJ brings extensive leadership experience in technology strategy and transformation across media, healthcare, finance, government, and consulting. He is known for building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring that technology solutions serve the needs of the people who rely on them.

Prior to joining Mintz Group, KJ served as the Chief Information Officer at ad-tech firm Locality, where he drove significant growth and modernization. His leadership delivered stronger infrastructure, faster and reliable systems, and new technologies that improved efficiency and created opportunities for revenue generation. He also co-founded a management consulting firm, advising organizations on technology strategy and operational improvement.

An engineer by education, KJ also holds a master’s degree in management from Harvard University. Based in Westchester County, New York, he enjoys exploring emerging technologies, mentoring future leaders, and spending time with his wife and three children.
