Devika Mistry

Born and raised in Mumbai, Devika Mistry joined the Mintz Group in May 2025. Devika is a managing director and the head of Mintz Group’s India office.  Devika has nearly 15 years of experience advising on market risk assessment, reputation risk and policy analysis. She has worked on 200+ transactions for private equity firms, sovereign funds and multilaterals, and multinationals invested in key sectors of infrastructure, renewables, healthcare, and real estate from early stage start-ups to public listed companies.

Prior to joining the Mintz Group, she held senior positions with a major global consulting firm, where she led integrated due diligences, asset tracing engagements, and strategic intelligence projects in India. She also held several firm-wide appointed roles driving strategic initiatives in learning and development for ~400 professionals and APAC talent development where she worked closely with c-suite leadership. She has led senior executive due diligence on c-suite employees, advisors and board appointees for family offices and philanthropies. Devika also previously worked with a leading global risk and strategic consulting firm on reputation due diligence, whistle blower investigations, sanctions risk and larger corporate governance matters for multinational companies.

Apart from her experience working on complex advisory matters, Devika also has policy and startup experience. Prior to joining Mintz, she led business development for an early-stage procure-to-pay SaaS start up for the manufacturing sector. At the start-up she leveraged her understanding of third-party risk and supply chain compliance to enhance product development. In the early years of her career, Devika worked with think tanks like Strategic Foresight Group and the World Resource Institute on global security and environmental matters. In these roles, she published reports, coordinated international policy roundtables and managed relationships with foreign governments, research bodies and donor organizations across these roles.

Devika has a Bachelor of Art in International Relations from Grinnell College and Master of Arts in International Security Studies from Georgetown University.
